Ordering process
Below, you will find a step-by-step guide on how to request a quote before making payment for the service.
Based on the requirements, we will create a graphic design (mock-up) that we will present for your approval. You can add any logo you like, names, and numbering to give your clothing items a complete look, whether embroidered or printed. The graphic design includes information about the design, shirt type, collar type, chosen font, colors, etc. All logos and designs must be submitted in vector format. If you do not have any of these formats, you can also submit the documents as a JPG, PNG, or PDF image with a resolution of at least 300 dpi, or a sketch.
After your final approval of the graphic design, we will begin production.
If your artwork isn't in a print-quality file, our art department can recreate it for you. For example, if the only logo you have is low quality, we can recreate it in a high-quality, print-ready format. Please send us what you have.
